WHAT IS MY DELIVERY TIME?

Time to prepare your order:

We take great care in preparing your order to ensure the most reliable and safe delivery possible. We prepare each order by hand and take all the necessary care to protect your order and guarantee its delivery in excellent conditions.

  • If the item you ordered is in stock.
    Upon validation of your order and receipt of your payment, we prepare your order. Your items will be dispatched within 72 hours by express delivery service.

  • If the item you ordered is not in stock.
    This can happen because we don't want to store garments made but not worn for too long. Upon receipt of your order, we trigger the production order in our Italian workshop. The latter checks the availability of the leather (and its quality) and begins the production (prior quality control, cutting of the elements, manual assembly and sewing, quality control cleaning, etc.) As it is a manual production, it can take a few days depending on the availability of the leather and the seamstresses. In general, your order made especially for you, will be shipped within 30 working days.

In all cases, you are systematically kept informed by email of the progress of your order: from the receipt/validation of your order to the date of its dispatch.

 

Delivery delay

Express delivery times are normally:

  • 48 working hours for France

  • 3-4 working days for the European Union and Switzerland

  • 5- 15 working days for other international destinations

 

Again, you will receive a notification of shipment of your package by email which mentions the tracking number of your order. So you can be informed of its smooth running at any time.

EVA ROJE cannot be held responsible for delivery times for your parcel after it has been dispatched and in particular for any customs clearance delays.

 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY COSTS?

These costs relate to delivery costs charged by our carrier and package preparation costs. They depend on the geographical area of ​​delivery and the weight of your package.

Beyond 5 kg we will contact you. These costs do not include any customs duties (outside the EU) which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

WHAT IS MY RETRACTION PERIOD?

Whatever the reason, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your product to us. There is only one condition for your product to be refunded: it must be returned to us in exactly the same condition as on delivery, that is to say, in its original box, unworn, and with its label.

Products returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging and labels will not be refunded.

Any return, beyond this period and for whatever reason, will be refused.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

If your return is from France (excluding DROM & COM):

Returns are free if you request your return label by email: evaroje@gmail.com

All you have to do is re-pack your product (if possible by re-using the shipping boxes) and affix the return label.

Your return will be refused if the deadlines are not respected or if the items are returned damaged or soiled.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS and DOM&TOM

The return is the responsibility of the customer. Indicate on the delivery note in your package or on a free piece of paper your name, order number and the items you are returning. Then return the items to the following address:

The charges related to the shipment and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer except within the EU.

For orders paid with Paypal, return costs can be reimbursed by Paypal on request.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you wish to exchange an item from your order, you must send your request to the following email address: evaroje@gmail.com

We will then invite you to reship the item to be exchanged. Upon receipt and after verification by our services (item undamaged, unworn, unsoiled), we will send you back the item you want subject to its availability.

In any case, our customer service is at your disposal by email and will keep you informed of the procedure and deadlines.

 

DOES A RETURN INCLUDE COSTS FOR THE CUSTOMER?

For orders in France (excluding Dom-Tom) and the EU, return costs are offered by EVA ROJE.

For orders outside mainland France, the costs and risks associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to protect yourself from the risks by making a return with follow-up.

 

WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED?

Any return triggers reimbursement, within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return package, by crediting the bank card used when paying for the order, of the amount corresponding to the price of the product(s) initially paid, subject to validation of the return (item not damaged, not worn, not soiled).

The value date of the credit thus made depends on the customer's "bank card contract". In the event of a problem concerning this value date, the customer is advised, after ensuring that EVA ROJE has made the reimbursement, to contact their bank branch.
